Sarasota's SEASONS OF THE WOLF is featured in 8 horror, sci-fi, and thriller film soundtracks, 3 tribute albums (Black Sabbath Tribute, Queen Tribute, and Iron Maiden Tribute) and was confirmed to play Headbangers Open Air this summer in Germany!  Their 4th full-length album "Once In A Blue Moon" was (available @ CDBaby) was released in 2007 and "will turn some heads and break some necks".  There are also 10 SOTW music videos available for free viewing at www.virb.com/seasonsofthewolfFind out more detailed historical information along with photographs SOTW.

Christie Lenee - USF music major new talent currently appearing frequently all over the bay area.  An in-depth bio is at www.christielenee.com .  She uses multi-tracking techniques in her live solo shots, but also mixes nicely with drums, bass and sax in her studio sessions.  Her work shows steady improvement with each new release and makes her an artist to watch now, and in the future.

Adrianne - WRC recording singer/songwriter Adrianne has a very pleasant, nuanced voice and emotive delivery, and she quickly establishes an easy and genuine rapport with an audience.  (Comments courtesy Paul J. Watkins)  Find out more about Adrianne at www.myspace.com/adriannemusic.

Note, a royalty waiver request to play her music on MTB was turned down by her label.

Robie Longboat - "Sunshine City" CD released in 2007 is Robie's tribute to his (late) mother, a personal project from which he says he simply wishes to enjoy "a feeling of accomplishment", and "the joy on people's faces when they see and hear the music".  A former Tampa Bay radio personality, now living in New York, learn more at www.RobieLongboat.com.

Lorna Bracewell - One of Creative Loafing's Top-10 picks of 2007, has shared stages with distinguished names such as Amy Grant, Sarah Mc Lachlan, Dar Williams, and Patty Larkin.  This rockin' Indian Rocks Beach native captures the heart and soul of what MTB is all about!  NEW DATA: Lorna is busy with constant appearances around the bay area, and was part of the BAAMO Florida Bandango contingent in Austin Texas earlier this year represent the bay's best from the Bay Area Arts and Music Organization

Charlie Souza - Performing and recording with both The New Tropics (TNT), a remake of a vintage Tampa Bay group, and The New Rascals, reformed from the original national supergroup The Young Rascals, Charlie is an MTB Local Legend nominee who adds polish and glitter with his well-produced gems in the MTB jewel box. Recent addition Carry Me Back (to St Petersburg) is an MTB favorite that is sure to be a playlist highlight for years to come.

3rd Stone - A basically Christian group that disbanded about a year after forming and recording their premier CD.  A new group featuring drummer Brian Pinta is in the works with the promise of new material coming out soon.  Brian now reports he is learning the guitar (because "its difficult for drummers to enjoy playing solo") and buiding a recording studio in his home, from which he hopes to produce new original music in the years ahead.

Rebekah Pulley and the Reluctant Prophets -  An amazing voice that evokes the emotion of a natural song bird with a sound like, as the St Pete Times has proclaimed, "pouring honey in the ear".  Rebekah is a tireless performer who continues to dominate the local music scene.  Her music has been a constant part of the MTB playlist from day one, and promises to remain that way indefinately.

Tom Stewart - Tampa Native, grew up in Boca Raton, now calling St Petersburg home.  Law School graduate turned full-time jazz guitarist, performed in February 2007 at Largo Cultural Center.  "First Time Over" debut CD released in 2006.  This album is a continuing staple in the MTB "Great 48".

Esther Grondahl - A voice described as pure, rich,  colorful, passionate, and soulful, though perhaps best described with one word as "magnetic". Her "day job" is a chorus teacher for a middle school with credentials stemming from her classical training, though she claims to have the heart of a songwriter.  Her lyrics are sincere, moving, true life experiences, about which she is vulnerable and puts everything on the table, as in the song "Amazed" on MTB.
